Delivery

Our company has the ability to send products to all cities of Ukraine.

Delivery of the ordered production is carried out in the following ways:

On the territory of Ukraine:

Through the transport company Nova Poshta, CAT – daily shipment.
By own vehicles when ordering a large number of products, delivery time is negotiated separately.

Outside Ukraine:

On the terms of INCOTERMS 2020

Products shipped outside Ukraine are packaged according to the technical documentation in particular:

Electric hotplates are packed on euro pallets (800 * 1200 mm) (see drawing)
Tubular heaters – in boxes, and at the request of the customer on pallets or separately.

Payment

Payment for ordered goods can be made in the following ways:

Invoice

An invoice with company details will be sent to you in the mail. You can pay this bill both in the bank branch and through the online office of your bank. The invoice is valid for 2 business days

Payment upon receipt at the box office in the company

You pay for the order in cash at the box office.
